Technical Secretary is based on the relationships
between the Congress Members and the Organizer Committee and
is in charge of the management and the coordination of the
different services of the event.
- Design Forms.
- Receive and manage the inscriptions.
- Receive and manage the reports.
- Administrative Services.
- Mailing to the Congress Members.
- Communication with the Congress Members.
- Communication with the Organizer Committee.
- Request to get Official Permits.
- List the Congress Members and the ones who contribute to
the event.
- Control the necessary rooms.
- Protocol.
- Communication with Local Authority.
- Continuous meetings with the Organizer Committee.
- And so on.
